new hoses arrived bent, due to box not big enough to fit.shipper bent the hoses to fit smaller box. i contacted they stated to put hoses out in the sun , which should straighten them. i said that is how they begin to develop splitting in hoses and loss of suction. also sent a photo,asking for new replacement, heard nothing back, except for this survey
